* **Condition**: To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
* **Return Process**:
* **Defective or Wrong Items**: If the product arrived damaged or we made a mistake, we will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.
* **Change of Mind**: For non-defective returns, the **buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs**.
* **Exclusions**: For hygiene reasons, used grooming tools or opened treats/wipes cannot be returned unless defective.
